



Dr. Nili Mandelblit
Dr. Nili Mandelblit is Director of Space, Transport, Materials, and Advanced Manufacturing programs at the Israel Innovation Authority – ISERD (Israel-Europe R&D Directorate).
​
In her role, Nili serves as the head delegate of Israel to the European Union's Space Research and Innovation Committee (Horizon2020), as well as to other EU R&I initiatives including CleanSky (developing next-generation of clean aircraft), and the Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials High-Level Group.
​
In Israel, NIli served as a member of the Space Committee of the Israel National R&D Council, as well as in the national Artificial Intelligence roadmap committee.
​
Nili holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego. Nili conducted her post-doctorate research in Paris, France in the Ecole Polytechnique, CREA.
​
Before joining ISERD and the Israel Innovation Authority, Nili conducted a career in the High Tech industry as Director and A-VP of product technology management and marketing in a number of global software companies and start-ups.
​
In addition, Nili served as a lecturer at the MBA program of Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, teaching courses on innovation, product management, and computer science
