Networking
Networking is one of the many significant benefits of joining Wispace. Networking events will be carried out throughout the year in various online and offline events aiming to promote women’s engagement in the Israeli space sector. In each event, we are committed to providing a stage for young women at the early stages of their careers. The power of such events will allow the interaction of a variety of women and enable progress and utilize the collective “know-how” of the group.
Mentoring
WiSpace provides mentorship opportunities for those who seek it. Mentors are selected by WiSpace council and have diverse professional backgrounds, pledge their commitment to act toward gender equity and gender empowerment by being role models, providing personal and group guidance, navigating the Israeli space sector.
Conferences
WiSpace organizes annual conferences for its members, in order to reach out, share ideas, and stay connected. In these conferences, the board members share the recent activities and developments within the organization, as well as future plans and actions to be taken and, of course, open for members' suggestions and feedback.
