Mor holds a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion. Currently, she works in the aerospace industry as a space electric propulsion engineer.

In addition, she is also pursuing a master's degree in the same field at the Technion and is an ISU ESC alumni.

Previously, she worked for almost three years as a satellite engineer and later as the head of the satellite engineering team at ISI.

She also served as a mentor for the Ramon Foundation in the SpaceLab project and gave lectures about the Beresheet spacecraft on behalf of SpaceIL.
